Our Shopsite 8 software, PayPal credit card processing offers customers the protection of 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, as well as state-of-the-art fraud-protection features, including: Fraud screening of each transaction prior to submission for authorization. Additional fraud protection during authorization through Address Verification Service (AVS), MasterCard's® Card Validation Code 2 (CVC2), and Visa's® card verification value 2 (CVV2). Runawaysstore complies with Level 4 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard Compliance Program. Credit card numbers are not available anywhere in our store. Pricing, if displayed in an alternate currency is for comparison only. All sales are in U.S. dollars.
Sales
All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of thirty days. Customer acknowledges that the forgoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our suppliers go to great lengths to insure that garment colors consistently match. However, due to variations in the dyeing processes, subtle color differences do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship. Customer's credit account is billed immediately upon ordering.
Returns
All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products in order to receive credit. No returns without prior authorization by the Runawaysstore. An authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing storekeeper@runawaysstore.org or by telephone to: 508-339-0147 24X7 voice mail. An exchange, or refund will be issued upon receiving returned merchandise in the Runawaysstore.
Non-Returnable
Once the products are decorated or laundered by the customer, the products are non-returnable. All products should be inspected by the customer before decorating. Any custom ordered merchandise in production cannot be cancelled. Merchandise older than 30 days cannot be returned, except in the case of a breach of the warranty.

All Domestic On-line Orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail® or First Class Mail International® with FREE Delivery Confirmation™ from Mansfield, Massachusetts U.S.A. Runawaysstore is not responsible for delayed receipt of order/s after they have left the Runawaysstore.
