WAIVER (must be accepted)
: I for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release all sponsors, USATF, race officials, organization, and volunteers from any and all claims for damages and actions for any injury that may occur as a result of my participation in or traveling to or from the 18th Run for Humanity, March 27, 2010. I also grant permission to use my name, photos, or videos of my participation without obligation to me.
