Runawaysstore complies with Level 4 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard Compliance Program. Credit card numbers are not available anywhere in our store. Pricing, if displayed in an alternate currency is for comparison only. All sales are in U.S. dollars. Customer's credit card is billed upon ordering. Personal information is automatically deleted upon order completion.
YOUR RUNAWAYSSTORE ORDER STATUS Customers order receipt, payment authorization, intent to ship, and shipping information is sent via email from Runawaysstore. Email messages with the order status title may contain tracking numbers to aid in the location of customers orders and other important information.
WARRANTY All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship under normal
use for a period of 30 days. Customer acknowledges that the forgoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturers clothing design and fabrication are subject to change without prior notice. Our suppliers go to great lengths to insure that garment colors consistently match. However, due to variations in the dyeing processes, subtle color differences do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship.
RETURNS All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of products in order to receive credit.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by the Runawaysstore. Return shipping is the buyers
responsibility. An authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing storekeeper@runawaysstore.org or by telephone to: +1-508-339-0147. An exchange, or electronic refund, will be issued upon receiving returned salable merchandise in the Runawaysstore. Exchanged items are shipped pre-paid, usually in 7-10 days. Refund, less fees or charges and a $5.00 re-stocking fee, is via e-mail through PayPal.
NON-RETURNABLE Once the products are decorated or laundered, the products are non-returnable. All products to be screen-printed should be inspected by the customer before decorating. Merchandise held longer than 30 days cannot be returned, except in the case of a breach of the warranty.
SUPPLY/SHIPPING We use Just-In-Time (JIT) as an inventory strategy implemented to improve our supply/inventory/shipping efficiency. Item size, color, or style may not be in-stock at the time of your order. Our e-mail shipping time schedule given, three days or more, is an estimate and may vary. Time sensitive orders may be subject to unaccountable delay. All Domestic/Canadian on-line orders of $50.00 or more are shipped FREE via USPS First Class/International®, or USPS Priority Mail® with FREE Delivery Confirmation™ from Mansfield, Massachusetts U.S.A. Runawaysstore is not responsible for delayed receipt of order/s after they have been received by the U.S. Postal Service. Select items may be shipped directly from our supplier to the purchaser at the discretion of Runawaysstore.
